    1. Paste your backlog

      Start a session in one click and drop in the stories you want to size, one per line, straight from Jira, Linear or a doc.

    2. Everyone votes from their phone

      Share your screen. Teammates scan the QR code and pick a card. Nobody sees a number until you reveal.

    3. Reveal, agree, move on

      All cards turn at once. See the spread and who sits at the extremes, keep the estimate and go to the next story.

    Questions

    Is Scrum Poker really free?

    Yes. Opening sessions, inviting your team, adding stories and exporting the summary cost nothing.

    Does my team need an account?

    No. Teammates open the link or scan the QR code, type a name and they are at the table. An account is optional and only keeps your sessions across devices.

    Can anyone see my vote before the reveal?

    No. Your card is stored where only you and the server can read it. The team sees that you voted, never what, until all cards turn at once.

    Can we estimate a whole backlog in one session?

    Yes. Paste your stories one per line. The session steps through them, keeps each agreed estimate and adds up the points in the summary.

    Which decks are available?

    Fibonacci, modified Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes, powers of 2, or your own values. You can add a coffee card for breaks.

    Does it work on phones?

    Yes. The facilitator shares the session on screen, and everyone else votes from their phone by scanning the QR code.
